Daily Retreat Schedule
Refreshing Mornings
Start your day with a refreshing, deep breathing and invigorating yoga session to awaken your body and mind. Followed by mellow Kirtan and a nourishing vegan/vegetarian breakfast, you will be ready to embrace the rest of the day.
Vibrant Afternoons
Enjoy some free time for rest and reflection, followed by energising hikes through the stunning Norwegian nature. Then, dive into fun workshops like a Healthy Veg Cooking Course, creating your own meditation beads, Mandala & Garland-making, and Drum & Rhythm sessions.
Healthy Lunch
Indulge in a wholesome, vibrant buffet featuring a variety of delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes, thoughtfully crafted to nourish your body and delight your senses.
Soulful Evenings
Unwind with uplifting Kirtan, followed by sharing, inspiration, and fun games. Ease into the night with a calming lullaby, Kirtan and Yoga Nidra session, then enjoy a soothing cup of tea paired with healthy, delicious sweets. Indulge in a wholesome, vibrant buffet featuring a variety of delicious vegan and vegetarian dishes, thoughtfully crafted to nourish your body and delight your senses.

In this option, 1 double bed (to share) in a double room. Price per person, per night. All sessions, workshops and meals are included.
Travelling from abroad - 260 EUR

Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we’ll do our best to support you if your plans change. At the same time, we’ve already booked the venue, so this cancellation policy helps us cover our fixed costs and keep things running smoothly.
If you cancel before February 1st:
• Full refund minus a €50 admin fee
If you cancel between February 1st and March 1st:
• 50% refund
If you cancel after March 1st:
• No refund (unless you find someone to take your spot)
If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issue, national emergency), you will receive a full refund of your payment.
