Retreat in Norway 2026 - Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things can happen, and we’ll do our best to support you if your plans change. At the same time, we’ve already booked the venue, so this cancellation policy helps us cover our fixed costs and keep things running smoothly.

If you cancel before February 1st, 2026:

• Full refund minus a €50 admin fee

If you cancel between February 1st and March 1st, 2026:

• 50% refund

If you cancel after March 1st, 2026:

• No refund (unless you find someone to take your spot)

If the retreat is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issue, national emergency), you will receive a full refund of your payment.
